I’m not saying it’s even remotely possible to get sick of eating spaghetti and meatballs, but if you do want to change your meatball game give these healthy Moroccan inspired meatballs in a spicy Harissa sauce a try!
These are easy enough for a weeknight dinner but special enough for Sunday supper.
You can serve these up over whole grain/brown rice pasta if you like, a brown rice pilaf would be delicious too. I served mine up over some pink lentils I cooked down in low sodium chicken broth and a bit of the same seasonings I put into the sauce. Pink lentils can cook down to mush so I cooked them until they just got tender and absorbed the chicken broth.
