I started making Peri-Peri Fish for my clients that come from Caribbean/African descent because they love flavorful, bold fish dishes that are not the ordinary! This is absolutely delicious and very easy. I recommend marinating for at least 30 minutes but up to overnight for the most flavor. Try the marinade on chicken, beef or vegetables too! I love it best on a simple white fish like cod or halibut.
- 1 lb fish/meat
- ½ cup lemon juice from fresh lemons
- 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1” piece fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup paprika
- Pinch or two Kosher/sea salt
Marinate the fish or meat up to overnight.
Grill, roast or pan saute until the fish is just cooked through and tender. Enjoy!
